Vinyasa Yoga with Tommi Littlewood
All classes take place at 95 Empire Street, 3rd Floor Dance Studio.
Vinyasa Yoga was traditionally taught to prepare the body for meditation, which we will touch on. Students can expect a strong guided flow.
Tommi (They/Them) completed their first 200 hour training with providence power yoga in 2017. They have since done training with many teachers including Theresa Murphy, and Amy Matthews. In 2021, they completed an additional 200 hours with Lara Heimann, whose yoga is informed by her experience as a physical therapist. They focus on functional strength and sustainable movement, aiming to make class strong but nourishing.
