Become a Key Holder

What is a Key Holder?

A key holder is someone who wants 24/7 hour access to the space as opposed to only having access during open studios. There is no minimum monthly commitment to be a key holder, you can easily switch between open studio access and key holder access depending on your needs. 

$120 per month

And if you are BIPOC, you get 25% off.

But what if I am a resident of AS220?

You can become a key holder too!

Your price for key holder access is $60 per month. 

As a resident of AS220, without key holder access, you receive two free open studio sessions per month. Each additional open studio session is available for a discounted rate of $20. Even though you’re a resident, you still only have access to the space during public hours (see below).

And if you are BIPOC, you get 25% off of the key holder fee and additional open studio sessions.

Public hours:

• Monday: 6pm to 10pm
• Thursday: 6pm to 10pm
• Saturday: 2pm to 6pm
• Sunday: 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm
