Missed Credits of Time Fee

If a scheduling conflict arises, members may delete reserved credits of time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow other members to utilize the available time. Missed blocks of time that are not canceled ahead of time will be billed at $10 per block. Exceptions may be made in the case of an emergency.
Missing a reservation without notifying staff will result in a billing of $10 per block. If members fail to show up for their reservation after 45 mins, it will be considered a missed reservation. Members can look access and privileges after 3 missed reservations.
